Booked three rooms for two nights. Room #1 was poorly cleaned bedding was extremely worn. Room #2 had such a stink we asked for another which we received without problem. It also had the same terrible odour we got another which did not have the odour. It did have bugs though. Room #3 was the worst with poorly cleaned everything and so many bugs we checked out he next morning. One of the staff was outside my room yelling and swearing. The police were onsite for a disturbance which in my opinion should have included your employee. We found another hotel within in 8 miles for $20/night more than your rates. This location is the worst I’ve been too in 40 years.
Location was one of the only good things about this motel. Check in was easy for late night check in. Got a smoking room on the third floor. The room stunk like cigarettes of course, which was expected. The walls were extremely dirty and had no artwork whatsoever. The bed was comfortable, but only had 3 thin pillows. Sheets had nasty stains and cigarette burn holes. I had a cigarette burned floral bedspread from 1980, not the updated orange one that matches the decor (or lack thereof). The tv was great and the channel selection was good as well. No bath towels, one stained & ripped washcloth, and one bar of soap. The worst part was the large amount of fine spattered blood all over the bathroom floor. That freaked me out! The room was so dirty. I wouldn't go near the shower and checked out at 6 am just to get the heck out of there. I didn't bother with the breakfast. Skip this one until they step up their hospitality game.
The homeless and drunk people hanging out should have been a warning, but, we were too tired to try to find another place. The room smelled of cigarettes (non smoking) and bleach. There were cigarette burns in the bedspread, long dark hairs in the tub (not mine, I'm a redhead). We pulled back the blanket and sheets just to make sure it was safe to sleep (no crawlies). I know you get what you pay for, but, it being a national chain I kind of expected better. On the plus side, it was easy access back to the highway
Avoid this place at all costs. Our ceiling fan had 2 blown bulbs, and missing the pull string for the fan (with the fan in the off position). The curtain rail was barely held up. The door latch was barely held onto the door. There were cobs webs in every corner. The walls and floor were filthy. Bathroom door had a hole in the center and wouldn't close. Tub was slick as snot and filthy. Cigarette burns on towels and bedding. Sheet on one bed had reddish brown stains, and the phone chord had matching color stains. I read the reviews and thought it couldn't be that bad, it was definitely worse than some reviews. If you need a place to stay the night, you'd be better off sleeping in your car.
I've never seen a hotel more disgusting. We paid ahead of time on Expedia and regretted it. Didn't stay - just turned the key cards in and left. There were literally bugs and spiders crawling across the floor. There was mold all through the bathroom. There was graffiti in the bedroom. It was absolutely horrible. I could have never spent the night. We drove 5 hours home at 10pm to avoid it.
