I have used this company for at least 4 yrs now never having a problem. Always paying on time. With there new staff and policies it is a joke. DONT USE THIS COMPANY!
NEVER EVER use this company! They are AWFUL!!!! Not only did they lose my car title, but now 6 months after paying off my loan and trying to get a new car title I find out they never took the lien off of my car. I am LIVID. They are not helpful at all and are crooks!
